HNMUN 2011 Conference Policies
The Conference Policies include all of guidelines and procedures for applying to our conference. They also include a timeline of fees and deadlines. Delegations must either accept these policies online at our registration database or mail a signed copy to our office in order to participate in the conference.

HNMUN 2011 Conference Application
Delegations are encouraged to apply online here. If this is not possible, paper copies of the application should be mailed to to our office. Please note that registration is not complete until the payment of the US$70 registration fee is received. Please visit the How to Apply: Delegation section of our website for more information.

HNMUN 2011 Country Assignment List
This sheet details the countries that participate in each of our committees, as well as the minimum and maximum numbers for each country. When requesting countries, delegations should note that the minimum number of each country may not be lower than the number of delegates registered for the conference.

Guide to Fundraising and the Financial Assistance Application
This document outlines ways for delegations to minimize their expenses and raise funds in order to participate at HNMUN. Delegates are encouraged to use this guide to assist their fundraising efforts. The financial assistance application can be found near the end of the document. This application is due by the priority application deadline of 12 October 2010. After the priority deadline, applications will then be accepted on a rolling basis until 12 November 2010. HNMUN 2011 Hotel Reservation Form
HNMUN is pleased to offer specially discounted rates for all delegates and faculty advisors staying at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel. Delegations should follow the instructions on this form for reserving rooms during the week of the conference at the hotel.
